Job Summary

The Cook III producew hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards set by the Lodge kitchen team leaders. Able to work and know standards of quality and production in the Pantry, Gallery Cafe and The Tap Room.

Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Firm grasping and repetitive hand-use required.
