Job Summary:

The I.T. Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring the project is completed successfully including but not limited to all deliverables identified in the scope have been completed on time and on budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• On-site project manager who plans and manages the implementation of both new systems and system upgrades.
• Works with IT business analysts and other team members to assist on key initiatives.
• Provides status updates, summarizes projects and raises concerns for projects that are at risk from a scope, budget or timeline perspective.
• Responsible for including but not limited to project plans, project scope, project budgets, project schedules, and project resources.
• Responsible for ensuring projects progress on schedule and on budget.
• Work closely with outside stakeholders and facilitate meetings and communications.

Work after hours/weekends. This is a full-time professional salaried position that will periodically require some after- hours/weekend support as business needs dictate.

• Strong problem-solving skills and proven record of strong deductive reasoning.
• Ability to prioritize several projects.

Desired Skills:

• College Degree preferred. PMP Certification recommended.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
