The Sous Chef for Roy’s Restaurant will ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of fine cuisine for Roy’s, which will have eclectic, international dishes prepared with wood roasting and open flame cooking.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods of time and move frequently from area to area. Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach with hands and arms. Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Repetitive hand use and firm grasping is required.
